Jess works as an EMT firefighter for private and volunteer companies for almost a decade. Additionally, Jess has deployed with the FEMA response team and specializes in aviation search, rescue, recovery, and teaching with the Coast Guard Aux. She is currently studying to be a Forensic Psychologist and volunteers as a PTSD counselor for first responders.
She is thrilled to be an instructor for Mission CIT and help teach new students. "Mistakes happen. It's what you do after that counts."
